Invitation: Scholarly workshop

The Department of English Studies is launching a new scholarly workshop to encourage all students interested in academic research.

We cordially invite everyone interested in pursuing independent research to join us on 14 September at 14:30 in Room 414 for an informal meeting to get to know each  other and begin to establish the format of the sessions. Our aim is to create a platform for young scholars to get in touch, support each others' endeavours, provide and receive feedback, while practicing their skills of academic research, writing and presentation. We plan to meet every other week at 14:30 on Tuesdays. Do note that this is not a registered subject, no credits can be collected, but on the plus side, it carries no formal obligations, either.
